Three final rules approved by CFTC

One new rule means a CFTC-registered CPO could opt for non-registration for one of its pools. But this CPO couldn’t be in the U.S. and can’t solicit U.S. persons or have U.S. investors. The rule lays out a safe harbor to guide when a non-U.S. CPO can rely upon the registration exemption
