SEC Commissioner Roisman has questions for the SEC’s approach to ESG
"The SEC Chair has made clear that further ESG disclosure is an area that the agency will pursue.[8] So, I want to take this opportunity to set out some of the main questions I have about these initiatives—and I believe these are questions that the Commission will have to grapple with in promulgating any new rules requiring ESG disclosure"
