CFTC extends COVID regulatory relief through September
In connection with an industry-wide response to the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, temporary no-action relief was granted pursuant to Letter 20-16 for persons failing to comply with Commission regulations requiring that a fingerprint card be submitted in connection with the registration of any associated person, and in connection with listing any person as a principal of a firm that is registered or applying for registration with the Commission
