Citigroup agrees to pay $1.9m over Reg BI and Form CRS violations

The firm's revised P&Ps now require reps to request oral consent to electronic delivery from customers using a consent and disclosure script. If a customer does not consent to electronic delivery, the rep is directed to provide paper copies
