SEC officially raises the threshold for IA performance fees

Effective June 29, the dollar amount of the AUM test for performance fees increases from $1.1 million to $1.4 million, and the net worth test goes from $2.2 million to $2.7 million. This change won't likely effect existing contracts, but would apply to all new ones after that date
