Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual

New rules and form changes apply to initial public offerings by SPACS. Beginning in June 2025, registrants must tag disclosure required under the final rules in Inline XBRL. EDGAR is being updated to support compliance with the tagging requirements. These changes are effective March 17, 2025
